TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to Speak to Cher. By accessing this website or booking services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

1. Services Provided
Speak to Cher offers a unique trauma recovery service focused on relieving emotional suffering using Rapid Resolution Therapy® (RRT). This approach is an alternative to traditional therapy and does not replace medical or mental health treatment.

2. Booking and Payment

  • Session Fees: Payment is required in full before each session.
  • Booking Process: Clients must complete a questionnaire before booking. Based on the responses, Cher may invite the client to a free 20-minute connection call to discuss needs and ensure a good fit.
  • Cancellations and Rescheduling: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee. Speak to Cher reserves the right to reschedule sessions if necessary.
  • Refunds: Refunds are not provided once a session is complete. Cancellations made 24 hours in advance may be eligible for a refund, subject to review.

3. Client Responsibilities
By using this website and engaging with Speak to Cher’s services, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and relevant personal and medical information to ensure safe and effective support.
  • Attend sessions in a private, distraction-free environment where they can fully engage.
  • Understand that Speak to Cher’s services are an alternative, non-traditional approach that may not be suitable for everyone. Clients are encouraged to seek licensed medical or mental health treatment when necessary.

Speak to Cher adheres to data protection regulations and does not disclose client information to third parties without consent, except as required by law, such as for mandatory reporting obligations.

5. Mandatory Reporting and Limitations of Confidentiality
As required by law, Speak to Cher will report any indications that a child, elderly person, or person with a disability has been abused, or if there is an indication of imminent harm to oneself or others. Clients should be aware of these limitations to confidentiality.

6. Disclaimer of Guarantees
While Speak to Cher aims to provide effective and supportive services, outcomes may vary for each individual. Success cannot be guaranteed as each person’s response to the approach is unique.
